Jennifer Lopez is once again teaming up with Pitbull and Red One for her upcoming summer single, “Live It Up”.

“Live It Up” Lopez’s next single, will be released on May 8, and indeed feature a Pitbull guest spot as well as production from RedOne. The track will lead Lopez’s eighth studio album, which will also feature appearances from Chris Brown and Future and is due out later this year.

The trio has previously collaborated together on hits such as “On The Floor” and “Dance Again”. On Pitbull’s latest album Global Warming, Jennifer is featured on the track “Drinks for You (Ladies Anthem)”.

Rapper Jamie Drastik premiere his latest single, “Chasing Shadows” featuring Pitbull and DJ Havana Brown today on Billboard.com. During an interview with VIBE Magazine , the rapper dished about his collaboration with Pitbull:

VIBE: How’d you link with Pitbull?
Jamie Drastik: I had a record playing on my two hometown stations WSPK and WPKF both stemming from the top DJs in my area Ted Dillinger and Mr. Vince. After the record was in rotation on both stations, I started generating interest from the major labels. After a few dead end meetings I was approached by Pitbull’s business partner, Robert Fernandez, about doing a deal with Pitbull’s own imprint. Around that same time, Pitbull and I were both on the bill for WSPK’s summer concert called K Fest, he got to see me perform and we got to meet and wound up doing the deal shortly after. After the deal I appeared on his album with a record that featured myself and Kelly Rowland called “Castle Made of Sand”.

From the The 305: Pitbull’s been on his freestyle/remix hip-hop shit lately. And his latest? A response to Jay-Z’s “Open Letter” with his own response to Jay and B. No real heavy lyrical disses, but more of a knowledge drop type track.

Get ready for one of the hottest tours this summer!

It has been confirmed that Pitbull and singer, Ke$sha will in fact be touring together this summer for a North American Summer Tour! Yesterday, they shared an arrangement of tweets hinting at a “possible” tour, as well as, a “pants off dance off” thrown in the mix.

According to LiveNation.com, their first show will be on May 23rd in Boston, MA at the Comcast Center and will end in Tampa, FL at the LiveNation Amphitheatre (FL State Fairgrounds), including two stops in Canada (Montreal & Toronto).

Australia’s multi-platinum dance/pop music stars Justice Crew & special guest DJs’ Ultra Records’ Jump Smokers will also be joining the duo.

Tickets will be going on sale Friday, March 29th on LiveNation.com to the general public (via Ticketmaster.com).
